You can’t get sourdough like this at the store
The texture of this sourdough is chef’s kiss. Chewy crust with a soft (almost fluffy) center. It tastes great with jam at breakfast or with tomatoes and mozzarella with dinner. The cookies are also delicious and don’t last more than a day or two at my house

As a woman who deals with gut issues and diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, reintroducing gluten to my diet was a big deal for me. 3 years ago, I decided to make some drastic changes to my food choices; eliminating gluten, dairy, eggs, sugars, etc. and kept it pretty whole food based. The adjustment was the best thing I ever did. When my nutritionist told me I could reintroduce gluten with clean sourdough bread, I knew exactly where to go! Emily is the VERY best! She cares about her people and takes pride in her craft. It definitely shows! Not only is her sourdough incredibly delicious, it is prepared with clean ingredients and clean equipment. I'm still learning about foods my body can support but testing has shown that her sourdough agrees perfectly with my make up. Like I said, she's the best!

Absolutely delicious sourdough bread!
The crust is perfectly crisp, and the inside is soft, flavorful, and fresh. My son absolutely loves it and always asks for more, which is the biggest compliment of all.

This sourdough is amazing! The flavor and texture are perfect, and it’s honestly better than any sourdough I’ve bought at the store. So fresh and delicious—I highly recommend it!
Feel-Good Sourdough!
This is hands-down the best sourdough we’ve ever had. With locally sourced ingredients that not only taste good, but fill you up! Bonus, for those of us who need lower glycemic index carbohydrates, this checks all the boxes! It helps me manage my blood sugar and allows me to have delicious healthy bread!
